(November 1, 2022, 2:19 pm)Second time ordering from Lens360. First time was great, not so much the second time. They sent the wrong prescription. Contacted Lens360, they replied with return instructions. Before they shipped the correct order I needed to return the incorrect order first. I didn’t have a printer to print the return form and I had to pay for shipping back to the manufacturer.
Afterwards I got the shipping back as credit towards a next purchase not a credit towards my order. Nothing for the inconvenience… -
