(January 7, 2019, 4:48 pm)I had the pleasure of meeting Rich and Taylor approximately 1 year ago through the Great Britain Ball Hockey program. Since then they have written me three fitness programs specific to strength, explosiveness and core training. These programs are by far the best workouts I have ever done, after years of just throwing around weights in the gym and seeing no results.
The programs and diet tips I have received from RTHC have helped me get into the best shape of my life. It's also been a driving force behind me reaching my ultimate goal of making Team Canada for the upcoming World Ball Hockey Championships.
I am forever grateful for the dedication they have shown to helping me and continue to do their workouts to this day. I highly recommend obtaining any programs or attending their bootcamp classes if you're looking for quality life changing workouts.

Rich, Taylor and their team are very knowledgeable and attentive. We always feel they have our best interests in helping us acheive our fitness goals. Looking forward to the new facilities!!

(October 25, 2018, 4:23 pm)I started doing bootcamps January 2018 and I loved his variety and how they challenged me! In September I started Personal Training. To be honest, I didn’t know if it would be any different then his group bootcamps ... but they are!! They are challenging and motivating! I do get intimidated in large groups, the one-on-one helped me ask questions about my nutrition, about stretching and making sure I’m doing the exercise right! The dedication at this facility is amazing! I highly recommend RT Health Company!
