  I have been using Gary to do service for our Generator for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and excellent to deal with. I am happy I was able to find him when we moved to our place in Fergus and highly recommend him, top notch service!

  We had a significant incompatibility issue between a new furnace and an older backup generator. After many efforts to resolve the issue, with no success, we came across Gary and an associate. They were able to identify the problem using enhanced technical know how, along with an elevated degree of persistence, and correct it. We would recommend Backup Power Solutions as a preferred supplier for generator service and installation.

  A smooth process from first meeting, through solution/quote to final installation. Gary is a professional and his knowledge made the decision clear. Equally important, his team was courteous and considerate (took muddy boots off in garage and then went downstairs into basement... cleaned up yard where they trenched... even though it was sleeting!) Gary adapted the installation schedule to our schedule and took the time to walk us through the features and the test. Highly recommend (and I'm a tough evaluator!)

  We were very pleased with the knowledgeable, courteous and professional service and smooth installation provided by Backup Power Solutions. Necessary electrical changes were handled efficiently; a very clean job. The generator itself is high quality, fits neatly beside the house, and has been performing its self-testing routine as scheduled. We don't hope for a power outage, but feel confident that in the event of an outage, we will continue to have service to the house.
