  We ordered a sectional sofa last Saturday, after some detailed measuring and figuring out.
  We want to tell you about our excellent experience at your store on Benjamin Rd. Jessica greeted us on Thursday, and was very friendly, helpful and patient with our shopping for our “inspiration”. When we found the sectional we really liked she was extremely precise in preparing quotes and measurements to take home and check with our space. After a requote on Friday, based on our actual room dimensions, we placed our order on Saturday. Jessica was such a pleasure to deal with: friendly, smiling, efficient, thorough, and precise. She made our decision to buy at St Jacobs Furniture House such an easy one. Thank you so much For your excellence in customer service, and expert assistance. It’s a great place to shop.

  We are furnishing our new home and started with new sofas, dining set and a buffet. Jessica was our sales person. She was super friendly and extremely patient with all our questions and worked with us to get a reasonable price to what was good for our budget. She explained things clearly. She was genuine in helping us meet the needs that we had. She helped us through picking configurations, measuring sizes and picking out material and color. we like this store; they have a good quality and helpful staff.
