(March 16, 2021, 3:20 am)I was impressed by the overall work ethic and professional conduct of the technician completing repairs to the upstairs hallway floor. He was a good listener and a very patient man. He had to remove the carpet, remove old floor boards that decompressed over time due to wear, put in new boards and reattach carpet. The work was perfect. I am so happy with the repair job. As well as the dogs and cats and my family. Thanks!!!

Tim and the whole team were amazing to work with. Tim’s quality work was immaculate, always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend LCM Property Services and will definitely use their services again.

We've just finalised 2 projects with their renovation team and both Brian, Jonathan and the whole LCM team has been a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive and helped us manage a substantial reno job remotely even during these challenging Covid times. Will definitely keep using their services and recommend to friends.
