(March 5, 2019, 7:37 pm)I am so grateful for Suzie as a person and her delicious gluten free foods. I have struggled with my health for years and part of that is keeping a gluten free diet, I found Suzie’s products online by accident. Due to my serious GI issues I can’t get to St. Jacobs market, but Suzie was kind enough to ship her products for me to try. The bagels and onion kaiser buns were very good. Best gluten free breads I’ve had! Something that is important to note is that Suzie just doesn’t make great gluten free products, they don’t have the other common allergens and fillers in them that most gluten free products have. Suzie’s food is good clean eats! My friend recently went to the St. Jacobs market for me. I only knew she was going the night before and I emailed Suzie that she was coming last minute. (Instead of placing my order the week before like I should have done.) Suzie was kind enough to set aside what I was looking for. This again was something she did not have to do, but she went out of her way for me. Her rhubarb squares and butter tarts are to die for! Her muffins are so moist! Those who aren’t gluten free loved them too. Thank you Suzie for your kindness, being so accommodating, and for creating quality gluten free products!
