(January 15, 2018, 3:22 pm)We had my mother in a chain retirement home where she was left on her own when we were promised all the help she required. Anything outside of the basic rent was an extra at a huge cost. Hillside includes all the extras at no cost, is small and more personal. The staff is fantastic and the care even better. The cost is about 20% less but my mother is comfortable and happy. We are extremely happy we made the choice.
