Love this place! I broke my wrist and Coco Ang has been so amazing through my recovery. Very patient and listens to my concerns. She is thorough to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. All the staff have been awesome! Highly recommend!

All of the staff at SOS Elmira are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I deal primarily with Melissa, she is awesome. Melissa is very thorough in assessing your injuries and explaining your treatment plan. She can answer any question you may have and always takes the time to ask how you are feeling and offer feedback. My treatments are always tailored to what I can tolerate that day so communication is key and that's easy with Melissa.
Lisa (osteopath) is an excellent resource for some of my more complicated pain issues. Lisa takes the time to assess and explain why I'm having the pain. She too is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining her findings to me. All around, just excellent staff at SOS Elmira. I would recommend any of them for your needs.

as a "high mileage" runner, I decided to see SOS Physiotherapy to treat my long-term plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia. Melissa and Kalsey worked their magic (actually - expertise) on me, and I was able to compete in the Boston Marathon - with NO inflammation or pain following that! Thank you Melissa, and team SOS!

Jon Clay is an excellent physio. He has treated me off and on for over 2 years and he is very knowledgeable and very easy to get an appointment with him. He is also experienced in treating pregnant women. I can tell you first hand, that throughout my pregnancy he has helped me with my lower back issues and muscle spams in my legs.

The clinic is very clean and the receptionist is also very polite and professional and follows up with you to book more appointments.

This is my go to clinic and I would not have trusted anyone else to treat me during my pregnancy.

If you are looking for a physio that will listen to your needs and adjust the treatment as you need, I would highly suggest SOS Physiotherapy!

SOS was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable, above all else. Coco Ang treated me for lower back pain and got me moving again within just a few short months. She also treated my 14 year old daughter for knee pain. We are both very grateful to her for her skill and profesionalism. Highly recommend.
