  Kyle is consistent and dedicated to his chosen profession, to a whole mind bending level. He is of a dying breed in terms of workmanship, attention to detail, and honest hard work. He is a wonderful energy to be around and very kind.
  
  When speaking to him, (it makes it a little difficult to blab during a workday... But from a customer or potential customer point of view, this can be what makes or breaks their decision!) He will stop whatever it is he is doing to look at the speaker to give them his focus, attention, eye contact and interaction rather than think about what he wants to say next... He wants to hear what you have to say, and give clients a voice during the experience. Instead of selling how amazing he is, he is more focused on bringing life to the vision of what clients see as their dream space!
  
  From what I have seen over the years, Mr. O'Brien gives all sorts of people from all walks of life an opportunity to learn, thrive, and succeed within his company.
  
  Kyle expects his customers to be thrilled with the experience of having Paramount as who they're choosing to shape or reshape their family homes and spaces. These homes are meant to last a lifetime, with a lifetime of memories attached. Renovations are stressful enough, shoddy workmanship shouldn't be something the customer has to worry about after deciding which company they are going to invest and invite into their personal space.
  
  Shoddy workmanship and Paramount? Don't fit in the same sentence.
  
  I have yet to see ANY work from Kyle (within this venture and/or others) that is anything but beautiful, prestine craftsmanship.
  
  He is an artist! (it DOES help when you have Mike and his phenomenal dedication too though! Not to mention his singing voice! ????????????) The photos he has posted speak to the quality of the work they do.

  Our home had a completely unfinished basement. With two young boys, we wanted to add some much-needed space and another bathroom. Paramount has performed many such renovations and came highly recommended from our friends.
  
  They were fast and efficient, polite and unobtrusive. This hardworking team has proven that this company is honest, reliable, and stands behind their workmanship.
  
  The team was extremely communicative and came to us with options, throughout the entire project. We found this communicative and collaborative approach so helpful rather than making assumptions and doing work we didn't want done.
  
  We are very happy with our new renovations and are looking forward to having Paramount quote on future upgrades to our home.
