You can tell he has years of experience because he calmly walks you through the inspection process pointing out all kinds of things I never would have thought of. Either he will save you big bucks by keeping you from buying a white elephant of a home, or he will enlighten you on all the work you will need to do to keep that elephant tamed, fed and safe.
