(March 22, 2021, 3:36 pm)I was in my yard on Sunday afternoon and noticed that my septic lid was leaking. I looked up Bio Bob because they had done the inspection and pumped the system when we purchased the house a year ago and I remembered being happy. They were closed so I left a message and I got a call back within minutes. I believe the gentleman's name was Matt (Sorry if that's wrong, I had meetings with Matts and Mikes several times that day so I could have that mixed up). He was very professional and talked me through what was probably happening and said he would be here early the next day to fix the issue and show me how to clean out my filters going forward. When he arrived, he was friendly and professional and got straight to work. The issue was the filter was completely clogged. He showed me how to remove, clean and reinstall the filter. He also noted that we have a very deep risers and suggested adding an extension to the filter so that I dont have to go in so deep when I clean. The issue is fixed, i am now educated and would recommend Bio Bob to anyone looking for Septic related services

We were pumping every month so this was really helpful, especially as we waited for the new septic to be installed. He also helped us find the best price for our new system. Customer for life.
