(June 8, 2023, 8:03 pm)Best sushi I’ve ever had by far and I’ve been to Japan manyyyy times. I can honestly say I enjoy Sushi You more than what I’ve had in Japan! Service is spectacular- amazing owners. It’s very pricey and that would be the only reason I don’t order more often.. but I feel good about supporting a good local business.

(May 27, 2023, 2:57 pm)Since I had sushi(sushi platters and some tempura)from this store, I have never been to any other places. I am super picky on sushi as it is my favorite Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend this store, especially because all the food is so fresh and melting in my mouth, platter price was reasonable to me and owners provided the best service to customers even if it was just a take-out. I can not visit this store often 😞 because i live 1.5hr away and luck you! New hamburg residents you have SushiYou nearby...imagining sushi at the store gives me mouthwatering flavour. 😋 😋

(November 25, 2022, 6:32 pm)Ordered SushiYou for lunch for the 1st time today . Got the spicy tuna roll and the L13 lunch roll. Price is a little steep. Wish they had more variety for lunch specials.
However the rolls themselves were very tasty. Very Fresh ingredients. The service was friendly. Couple greeted me warmly as I entered the store. Store itself is quite small. No room to sit down, it is a take out only establishment. -

(August 15, 2022, 11:14 am)Excellent sushi! I was very impressed with the freshness and perfect ratio of rice to filling. The spicy salmon, salmon & avocado, and salmon rolls are incredible. This is the best quality sushi I've ever had and I have nothing bad to say about my order. I ordered online and it took 20 minutes to be ready for pick up. I'm so happy that there is a sushi restaurant right in New Hamburg. This is my new go-to sushi spot.
