He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us all the indicators of trustworthiness. He was very fair with the offer price, making sure it was within our comfort range as well as sending a driver to come pick up the vehicle. Might I add, this was all within a day of back and forth conversation! I highly recommend anyone wanting to sell a car to go directly to Karl in the future. I know I will be! Thank you Karl for your excellent customer service.

We were fortunate enough to deal with Kelly during the process. Kelly was extremely helpful, insightful, and genuine.
It meant a lot to us that Kelly had our best interests in mind. The entire process was significantly less stressful knowing that his priority was making sure we left as satisfied customers.
To Kelly, Cam, and the rest of the folks at John Bear: thank you for being to approachable, kind, and flexible. It made a World of difference. We feel like we left the dealership with names to add to our Christmas card list.
We're looking forward to our short trips to New Hamburg for servicing and maintenance.
