  Very friendly staff. Owner is great to talk with and always willing to help with whats in the customers best interest. Not too many places I can take my car and know it's being taken care of, but Hillcrest gives me absolutely no doubts.

  Full care of my car at much less than Dealership prices. And when I need to upgrade, they will find what you need. One of the great perks of small town living.

  Recently ditched my car yesterday during the ice storm. Called them to come out to get me out of the ditch. After arriving he showed me the damage in the corner he was going to pull from so I was aware he didnt cause it. He than spent less than 10 minutes to pull me out of the ditch and sent me on my way. Shout out to the driver on his skill and knowledge. From time of call to being pulled out of the ditch was under 40 minutes on a day that saw so many accidents. Thank you again!

  Good prices. I've used them for tire related work only and haven't had any issues with that. Receptionists could use more training in providing accurate quotes.

  Best service I have ever experienced from an auto-repair shop!
  
  After getting my transmission replaced at Hillcrest I drove my car over 300KM away and had it break down. Without hesitation, Hillcrest organized a tow all the way back to New Hamburg and fixed the issue at no cost.
