Braxton and his team were amazing to deal with. Always professional and extremely responsive to any questions we had. I had a vision of what I wanted for our backyard and Braxton took it and ran with it and presented a layout that is perfect! He and his team created an outdoor backyard for us that we love. I highly recommend that if you're looking for a patio deck that you go with Done Right Decks. Their quality of workmanship and attention to detail is spot on and the best part is that they took care of an coordinated all of the various contractors that we needed such as gas fitters, electricians and roofers. From the moment we saw this company's website, we knew that we had the right professionals for the job! Seeing the inspirational pictures of projects *with* the price ranges attached was a real game-changer, and we loved how it made our choice so easy. Braxton and his team helped us with a demolition and complete rebuild of our property's front porch and balcony. They took care of the permits, organizing the locate services, and scheduling the inspector for project approval. The process to sign the contract and make payments was so easy! And we learned from an outside third party professional, that Braxton's quote for our project was well priced. Even with unexpected delays (i.e. weather, city services, etc.), Braxton was so awesome with keeping us in the loop, and made sure he communicated the updates on his progress. When given the chance, we wouldn't even hesitate to work with Done-Right Decks again!

Braxton was incredibly responsive to our needs from the design to the execution of a gorgeous deck that has made for a beautiful extension of our home and living space.
He was professional, excellent at communicating with us his plans to arrive for the job and postponing with a formal email on days that the weather was not on our side.
Braxton was patient as we adjusted our design, and never left at the end of a work day, before cleaning up his entire work space making it safe for our young boys and dogs to run in the yard.
We are thrilled with the look of the finished product and highly recommend his services to anyone in the market .
