  We needed an affordable, hi-efficiency, but also environmentally friendly replacement for our old school bus of an oil furnace. It had been struck by lightening and the insurance company refused to cover it because one of the other companies quoted central air in the price. David Richmond was our knight in shining armour and removed the oil tank and furnace in a neat and timely manner and installed a beautiful compact system using natural gas. Later he installed our central air system. Other installations in two different homes were gas hot water tanks. As well, he is the man on New Year's Day to come out and assess and fix issues due to very cold weather and freezing of pipes. Knowledgeable, affordable, and reliable. That is all you really want.

  Our furnace would not start. I called at 8 AM and they had a tech onsite and the ignitor replaced on the same day. Quick and professional service even in the middle of a snow storm! Thanks for the prompt service

  It's been a mild winter so far. That is until yesterday. It happened. Our (22 year old) furnace went on the fritz. I arrived home last night just before 6 PM and discovered this. I called Dave Richmond. After some dialogue I realized I had two choices. Invest more money than I needed to in a furnace that had exceeded its lifetime. Or invest into new technology that would save u money (to operate) and have peace of mind. We went ahead and first thing this morning a tech was on site to begin removing the old unit. He communicated the sizing to the 2nd tech that was at the shop. He arrived a short time later with the necessary equipment to make the change. Within a few hours the old unit was removed and replaced. There was little sign that the techs had been on site and done the work. Great guys and very clean. Folks, you have choices. I strongly suggest you consider Dave and team. They are local. They care. They are competitive and they have amazing service. Sure the big guys promise lower prices and great service. We've all tried that before, right! Deal with people that are your neighbours and truly care! Thanks Dave and team. We're in your corner.
