(October 11, 2021, 1:03 am)This is an amazing place. The ingredients are fresh and very healthy, I eat here once a week everytime! I do the build your own because it allows me to add a lot of things for free and lets me try out new things. Would def recommend.

(September 12, 2021, 11:21 pm)The food is always fantastic. I usually get it delivered through Skip. However when I ordered pick-up from their Waterloo location I was pretty disappointed with the service. I got a text saying my food was ready - i walked into the restaurant a few mins after. There was only one other customer in the restaurant, who finished placing his order. The only pick-up order sitting on the counter was mine, and it was behind the barrier. But when I went and stood at the pick-up counter the three staff members just ignored me for a rather long time given that the restaurant is tiny. No one even came and asked me if I wanted to order something. There was simply no service. They weren’t that busy and they just talked to one another while preparing food. I went from confused to insulted and frankly disappointed. I finally just spoke up and said “hey can I just get my food” pointing to my food on the counter, at which point one of the staff came over and handed it to me. I love the food. But pick-up experience was way below what I’d expect from a restaurant.

(July 26, 2021, 11:39 pm)I haven’t been to this location in person, so I can’t speak on the service, but I’ve ordered from here a few times on DoorDash. The poke bowls are excellent for the price and the portion is nice and filling. My go to order is the Rip Tide, which consists of tempura shrimp, rice, veggies and really tasty mayo. Never disappoints!
