(January 3, 2021, 2:22 am)I bought the phone from Koodo online but the phone had a problem so i had to bring my phone to this store. It took a long time to go through everything and finally switched to a new phone but in the end the customer service i got from Tai(I hope name is right) was excellent!! He is very knowledgeable,kind and made sure everything worked well on the phone and the bill. I've been to a few different phone providers in the past yet never had this excellent customer service before. Thanks!!!
