(September 18, 2021, 12:06 pm)Unfortunately I can't give a higher rating because this location messes up my drink almost every time it is ordered. Even ordering in advance where it specifically says hot and steamed milk, I'm getting iced drinks every time. They are very good about fixing it but I am getting to the point where it takes an extra ten minutes at least to get my order right from this location.

(June 9, 2021, 5:51 am)Great Place to Grab a Hot/Cold Drink or Quick Bite to Eat. Honestly has Prepared The Best Tasting Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher out of all of the Others I've Visited. Will definitely Visit again and do recommend.

Being in a student populated area they are always so busy, but they always make sure that your drinks are made correctly and that you get great customer service. I think people always forget the amount of stress service industry folks are under, but to be in such a heavily populated area near the universities I cannot imagine how stressful work gets at some points. Bravo to this staff for always doing a fantastic job every time I’ve gone in! I’ll always be a customer so long as I’m in the area.
