Even though there was likely no immediate upside for Marsha, she was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and timely….not to mention very courteous and professional. When our current mortgages come up for renewal we will definitely be giving Marsha a chance for our business.

It took a long time to find a lender that would take the case, given a number of factors which impacted the loan. Marsha stuck with me through the whole process, and put in way more hours to secure the mortgage than would normally be viable. Dedicated to finding a solution!
