(March 20, 2020, 12:30 pm)I am writing to thank you and especially one of your staff for doing what few in your industry do anymore, and that is look after people. I was referred to Jordan Horne through a fellow broker. He called me immediately to solve a problem I had with my home insurance. My original company had cancelled me due to a change in my policy that they did not provide coverage for. So I was under pressure to get a new policy in place before my old one expired. There was some difficulty in finding an underwriter that wanted to take the risk associated with the home. But after many phone calls and back and forth with the underwriters Jordan managed to locate a carrier that would take me. Throughout all this he never gave up trying to locate a carrier, as I was not nearly as optimistic as him. He gave me the confidence that he knew what he was doing and that it would all be complete by the deadline. There were a few snags during this process that he managed to work around and provide easy and quick solutions for without ever seeming to get worried about it. Jordan is a true professional and a real problem solver, Whatever you guys pay him it is not enough.
So a special thanks to Jordan and to the rest of your team for a job well done
