  Perfect newer eatery in Waterloo. The staff is friendly and shared in some cultural history. The ambiance is modern and very clean. I did take out and let me tell you the 6 meat platter was amazing. Mashawi is definitely an eatery I will frequent.

  Excellent Food and Service, we ordered lunch for the office today and it was definitely worth it, The Mixed Grill Platter was Flavorful and Tasty. Everything was fresh and perfectly made. Truly a taste of the Middle East. Going to Order again for sure !

  Fabulous food and VERY friendly staff. The lentil soup was absolutely excellent and was very filling. We were hardly able to finish our salad or chicken. The rice was light and fluffy and very tasty. The garlic sauce was the perfect combination of creamy smooth and the zest of garlic. My favourite part was my cup of tea. Served in a beautiful class tea cup. Atmosphere was great! Lots of plugs in the walls for students looking to study! We will definitely go back and try the shish-kabobs next time.

  I will be going back!!! The space is beautiful with bright lights and a tasteful designs. We went right before closing, 8:30pm, and they didn't try to rush us out and even gave us complementary tea at the end. The food was perfect and well worth the price, not that this place is expensive. The customer service was top notch and they really cared about us as customers without being too in our faces while we ate. Perfect night out with friends.

  Always seems fishy seeing such universally good reviews but if you go there it stops being surprising. Most hospitable staff/owner I've seen, serving delicious food in a warm, spacious environment. Wish them success.
