(June 30, 2019, 3:48 pm)We experienced the ultimate customer service experience when we left our dry cleaning for a wedding past closing time on a long weekend. Michelle the Sales Manager and Olivia at front desk arranged for us to pick up the clothes specially on a Sunday just so we didn't have to sacrifice the wedding attendance attire. Wish all establishments could be like this.

(April 23, 2019, 9:47 pm)BEST CLEANERS OUT THERE! I am from out of town and no cleaner around would clean my dress. But I had family that lived in the Waterloo area so I decided to try it out. I am beyond thankful I did. They didn’t clean it once, but twice to ensure I was satisfied. I can’t believe they were able to get a 2 year old stain out of my prom dress. I am so beyond thankful for all that there company did and the sales associate Candice who was so kind in making sure my every need was met! You won’t regret your decision to go there!
