KW Escape

I can't rate this place any lower than a 5 because they genuinely are the most organized, friendly and thoughtful escape room staff we've ever been to. My family members and I have done all of their escape rooms and they are just the best. Fun, suspenseful, and well thought-out games that have everyone engaged and excited. The game-masters are very helpful and eager to assist you with puzzles throughout. The rooms are accessible as well, and when there are physical challenges they advertise that and inform you prior to you entering. We're so excited to see what is to come with KW Escapes and can with full certainty say we will be customers for a very, very long time. We suggest this place to all of our friends locally and cannot wait for the lockdown to be over so we can head in for another game! Excellent job, guys. Love this place.

One member in our group has tried five other companies and said, "KW Escape was # 1.
It was full of mystery and intrigue. The set was creative as well as integrative. Hint buttons as staff helped guide us to a successful jail break. We escaped and had so much fun.
The staff were friendly, attentive and very professional.
We were so impressed. Staff let us look into other escape rooms for future visits. This was cleaver, it generated an excitement, can't wait for our next adventure.
I highly recommend KW Escape to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

So impressed by this fantastic escape room company ; from the second you walk in the door you are welcomed with smiling faces. The rooms we played were both exceptional , with awesome features- cannot wait to try the rest! I’ve done a fair amount of escape rooms and I really appreciated the flow of these rooms. They were challenging and lots to do , but never did I feel clueless - it all made sense! The clue system is purposeful and works so well! You can really tell the owners are passionate about their work ! The buildings physical space was all impressive, ample parking , easy to find , theme matches throughout the entire building, puzzle decor and so much more. I appreciated the detail to making sure paths were never crossed for social distancing and all covid rules followed- you could see the team members were actively making effort to keep everyone safe ! Staff were all friendly & engaging ! Thanks for a great time !

We have done multiple rooms here. They have amazing sets. The puzzles are challenging with enough to keep your whole group busy. Good variety of task oriented puzzles that kids can do and more challenging puzzles for puzzlers. Great place for all ages and especially for families. Highly recommend it.

We completed the Green Door Diner escape room as a team of three players and escaped with only a few seconds left on the clock. The game was unlike any other escape room facility we've been to and was clearly incredibly well thought out, designed and put together. Although our team was chaotic, the lovely staff were sure to keep us on track throughout the game when needed. Overall, we had a great time and will be sure to check out all of their rooms in the future! Honestly the best escape room experience in Waterloo/Kitchener. Everybody should check out KW Escape, regardless of skill level for a guaranteed great time :)
