(July 7, 2018, 1:22 pm)I began taking reformer Pilates classes at KW Art of Fitness in early 2018 and have signed up for every new session since. The facilities are bright, colourful, and open. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and brings a new challenge to each class keeping me motivated and craving class each week. The instructors are very welcoming and are able to adapt movements to differing skill levels. Each class has a maximum of 6 participants meaning you get 1:1 time to make sure you're doing the movements correctly.
