  Wonderful customer service. The owner Harry is a very nice, professional gentleman that does care about customers' needs and understands every detail of the business. Could tell from the first interaction that I can trust him in handling my stuff. During the process Harry was always willing to help out and reduce trouble on my side. Would absolutely use the service again and recommend to anyone.

  Fantastic Place! Harry, the owner, is the nicest guy and always wants to help you out. If you need extra help moving in he is able to help with that. He is able to look at all your stuff and tell you exactly how much space you will need and what unit it will fit in. Highly recommend this place!

  I recently sold my condo and needed to store my furniture for about two months before I moved into my new place. Harry at KW Safe Storage came to the rescue by initially providing me with a small unit as I packed up boxes and then transferring me to a larger unit on the day I had my furniture moved. I greatly appreciated the flexibility, convenience and exceptional service provided by Harry and his wonderful family.

  In an age where service is lacking at every turn, it is so nice to come across a company and staff that go above and beyond. This family run business made my son's life so stress free while moving in and out of dorms every 4 months. They picked his stuff up, stored it away and delivered it when needed - my heartfelt thanks to a great team that made sending my son off to university so much easier.

  The customer service here is fantastic. I've interacted with both Harry and Fernando, and they both are very friendly and helpful. They have helped me with my heavy boxes on multiple occasions, and one time Harry actually helped me out with a trip just to make my life easier, out of the goodness of his heart. I have stored 3 times with them and will come back again whenever I need to store again. Highly recommend this friendly family business that cares about their customers.
