The manager reached out to me after my previous review here and made things right (thank you!), after I had a problem once with an online order that never arrived when I was in a big hurry. (I had verified that I had successfully paid for the online order before heading out). Most of the online order system is operated by the headquarters, not the individual stores. -

(April 6, 2019, 11:26 pm)The chicken is gross rubbery texture, the prices are steep and my salad didn't come with dressing. It was also half rice. I could see a bit of the kitchen from the counter and it looked dirty back there. There was a bottle of cleaner right next to the vegetables.
The staff were very friend though.
