Their two bedroom apartments are one of the largest two-bedroom units I ever seen. The super large balcony gives you the feeling of pothouse, even if you live in a one-bedroom apartment. Highly recommended.

(June 9, 2021, 4:02 pm)Beautiful building and neighborhood, quiet area and building despite being near universities and also being close to a lot of amenities. However hydro can be quite expensive in the winter months as there are old style baseboard heaters in the unit. The building does not have a central air cooling system so investing in a window AC unit would be recommended.

(July 12, 2018, 2:33 pm)They have recently increased rents from 1000 to 1350 (1 bedroom), 1100 to 1600(2 bedroom) which is really an exponential increase.
Parking was $40 before and now it is $75.
View is amazing. spacious apartments.
In winter the hydro bill is really high because of old electricity based heating system.
