(July 12, 2021, 12:34 am)Was very happy with my order from Gillespie's Bakery! Their cheese biscuits rival Red Lobster's biscuits and their blueberry pie comes with the cutest homemade pastry. I also ordered the variety of 12 cookies which is great for anyone who can't decide on just one flavour! Did not disappoint, I'd highly recommend!!

(July 11, 2021, 1:22 pm)Everything is delicious! The best loaf I have ever had is their Strawberry Pecan Loaf. Also a favourite for us is their cheese biscuits. Highly recommend all of their products. We had them do our wedding cupcakes, they were easy to deal with and everything was on time and fresh (and delicious!).

I have picked up stuff for family/friends and everyone asks me where I got the pies. I am probably a big referral source for them. Maybe some free treats next I go there 😜
