(June 2, 2019, 9:42 pm)Good friendly service. Food is ok, lots of spicy peppers and almost no other flavors. Would be nice if asked to add more greens, onions, tomatoes and such - otherwise meet feels bland. Storefront would benefit from a touch of cozier arrangement - flowers, chalk menu, some ornaments - to make it look more welcoming.

(April 29, 2019, 1:34 pm)Such a great sandwich restaurant. Quality is better than you'd find with Subway/Mr Sub. I've lived in KW my whole life and can't believe it's taken me this long to try Big John's. There vegetarian options are good and doesn't sacrifice taste when you get a meat free sub!
