I was very impressed by this team's quality of work, efficiency, and understanding of the market. Riz did an excellent job analyzing the deal, and explaining the fine print to us. The marketing and drone photography were done very well and added to our confidence in the team. They worked unbelievably fast to have our listing up and keeping us informed every step of the way. Closing the deal was a stress free process for us. Working with Riz was a great experience and I recommend his services.

Of all the real estate transactions we've done, this one is the most memorable and positive.

First, Riz helped us find finalize our dream home on the march 6th. A week later the world health organization declared a global pandemic. We proceeded to stage our home and prior to listing Riz had a photographer and videographer capture the interior and had drone footage taken of our exterior to help market our home. We were thoroughly impressed with the pictures, video footage and brochures that were created. Rizs marketing strategies got us alot of exposure resulting in 14 private showings; in addition to is having 40+ people attending our open house!
Keep in mind this all happened through COVID. Riz was very calm, responsive and proactive throughout the process up until we sold which was for $1.1 MM. Last, I'll say he knows the market well and is a very resourceful and skilled professional. Great guy, very personable too. Hes definitely our realtor moving forward. Highly recommended!

I am not sure where to even start describing how thankful i am to Riz and his team, for all the help, understanding, being there for me all the time for any questions, concerns, issues, even once all deals where done Riz always finds time to answer and help you in any way he can, and believe me i had lot of questions all the time...
Riz always goes beyond of my best expectation. When i think he can't be better and nicer he surprises me positively all the time... I dealt with Riz few times, and honestly i consider him more as family/friend as things he does for you, only family or good friend could do it. And let's not be mistaken he was the same way from very first time i dealt with him few year ago.
Also His all team is so nice polite always positive and with smile and there for you.. We need more of people and services like that everywhere,..
