(August 17, 2020, 3:56 pm)Was absolutely thrilled with the service I received from this family run business. I purchased a Sole Cycle during Covid and travelled a distance to pick it up. My bike was defective and after sending in a service tech that was unable to repair it they had a rep from Sole Cycle come all the way from Niagara Falls to replace my bike. Their service was quick and exceptional. Thank you so much!!!
