  I wanted to offer comment on recent experiences at BMW Grand River because the service, support and expertise offered was simply outstanding. I have dealt with the dealership for a number of years and the service, follow-up and support has always been good. Still, two purchase experiences in the past 6 months have been exceptional.
  
  I was fortunate to be paired with Mia (Mrs.Mirella L. Muise) who spent time to listen to my requirements and then outline the various options available through BMW. She was patient, professional, personable, knowledgeable and not afraid to offer options and ideas that were designed to offer me the best option. We found the car and placed the order and again, Mia's expertise was critical in getting the order right, ensuring all options were both available and compatible and finally, ensuring my son would be comfortable with this choice. Mia then managed the process, kept us up to date and was there when the car was delivered. Her hands-on approach ensured we saw no roadblocks, issues or concerns and that the purchase was very smooth. Mia's efforts were outstanding and very much appreciated.
  
  Jumping ahead, it became clear that I was going to need to replace my car. I wanted a diesel yet the 2019 model year did not offer what I needed. Mia then suggested an option that might allow me to purchase a low mileage 2018 model - if one might be found. I left it with her - find one and let me know. I should not have been surprised when she found me a beautiful low mileage option with all the required options. As I was away, she arranged for my son and wife to test drive the car and then made arrangements for me to test drive it once I returned.
  
  Mia was extremely busy and in demand the day I had to visit but she found time and was able to assist me with the test drive, review and discussion of options. Her efforts allowed me to address a couple of concerns and find a deal that worked for BMW Grand River and me.
  
  I have had the car for a week now and given the weather, it has been a test. Still, BMW has followed-up and verified all is well and that I am happy with the purchase. They had gone out of their way to find me winter tires and rims for the car, at a tremendous price, and so the follow-up demonstrated their caring for their customers.
  
  The purchase experiences have been very enjoyable and successful. I felt no pressure, had the time and ability to discuss all aspects of the deal and to find what I wanted. Where I was looking for something that was not offered or normal, Mia found options and made that work. I could not be more happy with the support, service and experience at Grand River BMW. Moreover, I felt as if my business and time were important to them and more, they appreciated my business.
  
  Before closing, I have to comment on the Service side of Grand River BMW. I normally deal with Martin or Germaine and these gentlemen are simply exceptional. I have come to count on them to coordinate any BMW needs and to ensure the car is properly maintained by them. They will always go the extra mile and ensure that the car is properly and professionally maintained.
  
  I appreciate that Dealerships address the needs of many and usually do not expect regular customers given the changes in today's marketplace but Grand River certainly made me feel that my business was important and they wanted to earn the right to service my needs. People, such as Mia, Martin and Germaine, tell me it is more than a business and that going the extra step, taking care of what needs to be done and then a little bit more is important. Friendly, knowledgeable and caring are great employee attributes for any business and in my experience, Grand River BMW has these and more.
  
  I highly recommend the dealership and team at Grand River BMW - they actually make the process of automotive purchase and repair enjoyable.
  
  Thanks Mia - you are a wonderful ambassador for BMW and your actions reflect credit not only on yourself but on the Grand River BMW dealership and BMW as well. Thank you.

  We have been clients of BMW Grand River for almost 5 years now and we continue to return as they have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We trust them with our cars and the short drive from Toronto is worth the visit. Whether it be to purchase a new car or perform service on our vehicles, they are patient, hard-working and are professional from start to finish.

  I have been a BMW client for 14 years; by far Mia has been the best sales associate I have worked with. I did not think I would ever find a replacement for my M5 but Mia exceeding my expectations. I am so pleased with my purchase!!!! Mia is a jewel in the crown of BMW Grand River. Thank you Mia, for everything.

  Bought a new to me 2012 7 series and had a great experience from all the staff I interacted with. Richard was excellent in helping me with the sale and provided me with full service history of the vehicle which went a long way in my decision making. Maiwand was very knowledgeable in helping me figure out the huge amount of features in the car, and Bryan helped me get all the paperwork sorted on the finance side of things.
  
  It was a great experience overall. They were all very polite, helpful, and well dressed.

  Bought a used car here over the Christmas break. I called ahead and they made sure the cars were ready to test drive. Andrew Kim was friendly and went over anything I wanted to know about the cars. Ended up buying my dream car. Pick-up was easy and they went over all features of the car before handing over the keys. Helped set up my phone and all. They even followed up to make sure things were great. Overall great experience, happy I went there and glad I got a great price too.
