They communicate extremely well with customers via email before a snow storm outlining their plan and setting expectations, which is very valuable for peace of mind. I highly recommend their services!

The quote we got in a very short time was fare, so we sent them the money and waited for the snow to fall. It snowed a few days before the contract would start, but we got an email that they will come out and clear the driveway and sidewalk earlier. Every time it snowed after that, ( and we had lots of snow last winter! ), the email will come during the day telling us when the crew will arrive and clear. Sometimes even two times a day ! They were very diligent ,never missed a snow fall, cleared all the snow to the door...We were very impressed with the quality of their service , so we are hiring them again for the coming winter ! -

This is my second year with their snow removal services in north Waterloo, and I have been very happy that I responded to their flyer last year. Snow removal is prompt, efficient, and thorough; the office staff keeps you informed by e-mail every step of the way, and is much appreciated. Thanks to a hardworking team!
