(April 16, 2021, 1:05 am)One of the best pet hospitals in Kitchener! The staff is very friendly and they are not only animal lovers but also know how to handle pets, especially anxious dogs! Dr. Gerald is very informative and doesn't try to prescribe medications if not required! Overall, my pet beagle Ikraan had a good treatment experience at Mitchell Animal hospital! This is now our go-to place for any pet related issues!

Dr. Gerald is wonderful with my two cats (and patiently dealing with my anxiety about them), and I have had great experiences with other staff and Doctors as well, you can really feel the collective love that the team has for animals. I have recently moved to Toronto and unfortunately will have to find a new vet, but Mitchell Animal Hospital and the friendly, professional team will be sorely missed.

(February 25, 2021, 3:02 pm)Wow, where do I even begin! Mitchell Animal Hospital has been spectacular in providing responsive, high quality care for my French Bulldog puppy. My puppy came to me with a lot of issues from a sketchy breeder (parasite, multiple infections, etc.) and Mitchell Animal Hospital has helped me nurse him back to health. They genuinely care about their clients, which is evident by the evening follow-up calls I have received from them to see how my pup is doing. Forever grateful to this amazing team for getting my sweet little Henri on the track to success. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
