(March 10, 2020, 12:15 pm)Well over the past several years my doctor has sent me to this location for 3 MRI to this point. The staff has always been amazing and very friendly. And you are greeted with a smile with who ever working the front desk to the technician who runs the MRI machine in the back. I would rather go here MRI over going to a hospital any day !!! As I ve been with my wife and she gone to the hospital and it wasn’t as pleasant experience .

BE CAUTIOUS if you have allergies to scents.
I walked in one day and it was filled with a heavy perfume smell. I had to wait in my car due to allergies. -

(February 19, 2020, 4:25 am)The reception staff were great , friendly, the technician performing the scan was great she was very informative. I was actually not able to complete the scan due to the length and the discomfort it gave me and was rescheduled for a new time with sedition. They were all kind and understanding.

(July 15, 2019, 12:00 pm)I had an MRI very early on Saturday morning and the receptionists was very kind and made me feel more relaxed before my scan. I’ve had numerous testing done and have felt very anxious throughout it all but this young lady was beyond exceptional given the time of night/morning. I think it’s great that KMH operates late hours, I would choose this lab over a hospital anyday. KMH has been more than accommodating and the wait period is reasonable, as I wouldn’t have been able to get my MRI until OCTOBER at Grand River Hospital.
