  Great service and always a friendly welcome. I come by like once a month and the same guy that's always there remembers my favorite, chocolate peanutbutter cup! ????

  I was here on Wednesday at 7:30 and the worker was incredibly friendly! 5 stars for the customer service alone :)

  Although the place is small, but it very warm and friendly ice cream store in Kitchener. As the customer service is vey good, they offers inexpensive, but a delicious ice cream with various flavors and toppings. Since, this store is located in a plaza you have enough parking availabilities with few spot to sit outside that is a good experience during summer sun shining at your face. However, as there is a lot of car movement in the plaza it seems less safe for kids, unless supervised closely but adults.

  Absolutely the best customer service here. I've only ever been helped by the two brothers and have always walked away having had a great experience. They find a way to connect with customers. Always polite. Always smiling. Always comforting to be around. Always remember people's names. These guys are great employees!!

  Absolutely the best customer service here at this franchise location. I have been coming here for an ice cream treat here en there, but always order my son's birthday cakes here! His birthday just past and my son said "Mom this is the best birthday cake ever!" I didn't even want to cut it because it was incredible! Thank you so much to all the staff here.
