I have been in quite a few times, for scattered issues. Scott has always made me feel welcome, and never made me feel like I was being talked down to. He is very intelligent and is always a great help.
first, My password stopped functioning. he never once even suggested I had forgot it. he was able to run what he called a "Fenrir Reset" on the tablet, and I was able to get my device back within half an hour.
Later, about a month later, I had the same thing happen. as a courtesy, he did the same thing for me without charging me for anything, even though his store policy does not warranty Software fails. this was a great courtesy to me, and made me happy to have come to this specific store.
Next, my internet stopped working. Scott was able to get the internet working at his store, and sent me on my way, again not charging me. unfortunately, it still wasn't working at my house. Scott promptly made his way to my house, and set up my home internet to work with my tablet.
later, i had an issue with my banking app. though Scott didn't have the means to fix my problems, he directed me to the bank support, who was able to help me set everything up, and it has been running ever since!
I definitely suggest going to see Scott for any electronics troubles you may have. he is smart, kind, professional, and understanding. -

(December 10, 2020, 8:33 pm)Love the transparency (literally) here. The workspace isn't hidden behind a wall, you can actually see everything that is being done to your device. Makes me feel like I can trust them. Screen was speedily replaced in 1.5hrs. Pretty snazzy demo done with a hammer to a screen protector showed only minor dents in the film and no damage to the phone. Impressively it can withstand up to 10lbs of pressure so I had the protector installed which cost around 35$. All in all, happy with service and would recommend.

(November 19, 2020, 7:20 pm)I have been trying to fix this tablet for two weeks now, and have been to three separate stores that couldn't help me. Taking it to mobileklinik was the best thing I could have done as their technicians were able to get it running for me within moments. The manager, Scott, was extremely helpful and professional through the exchange, and he was even able to get my qr reader on a different device working as well.

(November 7, 2020, 8:38 pm)Very quick and easy service... popped in for my iPhone that was very sensitive when charging and they took 5 mins to clean the charging port for me at no charge. Highly recommend using their service for any phone repair you may need.
