For much of my teenage years, I dealt with back pack and discomfort that was dismissed by other doctors as being simply "growing pains" or because of my posture. Once I saw Dr. VanderBeek, he realised that my hips were out of alignment and other spinal issues were the actual cause of my pain. I began my appointments and I saw a major improvement in my back and even in other symptoms that I didn't realise were connected to my spine such as my frequent headaches. Dr. VanderBeek always makes time for his patients. Once my back/neck seized up quite painfully over the weekend, leaving me with very limited mobility. I could barely walk without pain and had to miss work. Dr. VanderBeek saw me on a Sunday, driving down after a trip with his family. Dr. VanderBeek is very skilled, knowledgeable, personable, and above all dedicated to helping his patients. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr. Ron is an excellent chiropractor, he is patient, good-mannered and extremely effective. My lower back/hip pain went away after one month of 3 visits per week. It's not cheap and I believe Dr. Ron's care is worth it. The wellness office at Conestoga College is always booked solid, 2-3 months in advance, so for those students who need help and can't wait I totally recommend Dr. Ron.
