(January 4, 2019, 6:29 pm)This vet is very thorough and the office is very clean. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my pets are taken care of well. However, from my first visit to this vet, I felt like I was being presented with a sales pitch on various different products, unnecessary vaccines, nutrition, food etc. I understand that vets are expensive but this vets fees are extremely outrageous, and I feel that upselling extras is the number one focus of each staff member here.

(July 5, 2018, 7:11 am)Best vet in Kitchener that i have found so far! They are affiliated with Blue Cross. The female vets handle my cats like they are their own. No fear, and the utmost care. They are always happy to answer any questions or concerns I have and are always incredibly patient with the animals (and with me when they need to get shots). I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment and its team if you are looking for excellent, affordable care for your animals. I'd give 'em 6 stars if I could.
