(May 31, 2019, 12:43 pm)Had a very unpleasant experience with them. They fixed a deadbolt for a rental property of mine, the problem re-occurred just two months later. I called them to resolve the situation and they said they could offer no warranty since the deadbolt wasn't fully replaced. I was obviously frustrated since I just paid them $150 to fix it two months ago. After apologizing for the circumstances, they offered me a lousy 10% discount to replace the deadbolt. - Updating my rating as they reached out to me personally and saw that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
