  Great service, friendly and helpful staff. I got both my eye checkup and glasses from New optical place , and I am totally satisfied with time they take out to explain you everything. Doctor is great too! I would highly recommend this place for both eye check and glasses.

  New optical palace really impressed me. It was refreshing to go somewhere that has such great costumer service! They were very friendly and patient and went out of the way to accomadate my needs. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an eye exam or glasses. Top notch services!:)

  Love this place. Wide selection of frames to chose from and super helpful techs. They are super understand and work fast! I have 2 pairs recently bought; both brand names and for the price of one. I’ll be going back for all of needs. Customer service is one of the best I’ve seen and dealt with.

  I've been buying Glasses from New Optical Palace, both Kitchener and Cambridge for the past 10 years. I recommend this place every opportunity I get and all my family get their glasses from them. The staff now know us by name, they ask about the rest of the family, they remember our previous orders, and they know the style of glasses that interest us. Best of all, if I see a pair of glasses elsewhere they will order it in for me, and ALWAYS beat the competitors price and offer me a deal for my longstanding patronage.
