We had a few challenges but I want to thank John, Mike and Amanda for their excellent care. Always pleasant, always helpful. No-one likes spending money but they made it a pleasure.

(July 18, 2021, 6:02 pm)Above and beyond. We have enjoyed our Arctic Spa for almost 3 years now. The experience from shopping to sale was great. The delivery was well done. But the best was yet to come. When words like cloud and app get thrown around regularly people my age who did not grow up with the current technology get thrown for a loop and frustrated when internet providers and other factors interfere with safe operation of our spa. At the Kitchener location Jessica and Clinton in particular have been nothing less than resilient and super patient dealing with our inquiries and getting us back on track with our spa. The customer service does not end with the sale--your investment is their concern as well. Thank you!!!!!

(June 12, 2021, 4:48 pm)Wow. What a great shopping experience!!! We had been searching websites and upon stores reopening went personally to look for hot tubs!! We were greeted by Clinton and immediately were educated on the benefits of an Artic Spa. And there are plenty!! He was able to pair us with a tub that met our requirements quickly. This is a family owned operated location and we felt welcomed. Clinton was very knowledgeable, helpful, with a great sense of humour. Lol. Competitive pricing as well. We are happy with our purchase!?

We looked at quite a few hot tubs and found Arctic Spa to be the best made for our type of winters. Jessica our sales person was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and guided us in the right direction for our hot tub. The delivery guys were exceptional. They came when they said they would, and they called a half hour before to let us know they were coming. Steve came by a week later and did the Spa school with us to make sure everything was running correctly and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend Arctic Spa

From the minute we went into the showroom and dealt with Clinton, to the delivery and set up by Mike and Monte, everything has been fantastic. Set up was smooth and very professional. Clinton is awesome and is willing to help no matter how small the issue is. Thanks for a great experience and you guys are highly recommended.
