She explained everything in detail and broke down the cost for me. The store is clean and has a great selection. I will definitely be back to support this wonderful store in my neighbourhood!

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive with my individual needs as a customer. She didn't make me feel rushed as I took a long time trying on numerous pairs. Sunpreet was very helpful throughout my entire experience and answered my numerous questions.
They have great selection, advice, and they make sure everything is correct to perfection with your new glasses, whatever it takes!
I can never imagine going anywhere else.
I will highly recommend Urban Optical (located within the Pioneer Plaza) to my friends! -
