(May 25, 2022, 3:25 pm)I discovered a huge crack in a home I purchased in Cambridge. Crack Doctor repaired it quickly and professionally. It looked like they had to use alot of their solutions...lol. It was a big crack and I wasn't sure they could repair it from the inside. It worked as the home was instantly dry. Why on earth the old owners didn't repair it I have no idea. When I sold the home last year I left the receipt taped to the repaired crack during the showings. The house sold quickly and I asked my agent if the repaired crack was an issue. My agent responded by saying no...it was a possitive...and everyone thought the basement was extremely dry and although they noticed the massive crack from floor to ceiling....they were fine with it and knowing it was repaired by a reputable company. Not one person said anything and in fact they commented that it made them feel confident that the repair was done professionally. It rained alot duing the 4 years I was in the house and it was dry as a bone so I am confident the new owners will remain dry. It was a no brainer to do the repair.
