(December 16, 2020, 5:50 pm)Scott and York Custom Renovators came highly recommended and he and the two young lads working with him didn’t disappoint. Scott’s initial estimate on completing a basement plus bathroom was detailed and easy to interpret. As work progressed he offered timely and useful hints on possible beneficial adjustments. The workmanship was exemplary, the attention-to-detail - meticulous, the working environment, courteous and respectful. And these accolades applied to the tradespeople who also applied their skills to the job. Recommendation? Absolutely. 6 Stars if it was an option here. Although his schedule is busy, he is managing to return for a couple of days in the near future to complete a kitchen backsplash. Looking forward to it.

Our boys got so use to them being here before and after school, that they commented about how they missed having them here once the work was complete. We couldn't be happier with our results! Communication was always present, we always knew where the project was in the process, what to expect next, and things to consider moving forward! His suggestions were always with functionality in mind and maximizing the space! We doubled our living space, and have frequently commented about how if we were just starting out, we'd hire Scott and his team to build a house from the ground up! We've already sent pictures of your card to family and friends!

He is very organized and will ensure your home is kept clean and tidy throughout the renovation process. He will consistently keep you updated and will always answer his phone if you have any questions or concerns. Even his estimates are laid out clearly and listed to show you exactly where your money is going. If your looking for an honest and reliable contractor I promise you will not be disappointed with York Custom Renovators.

Once they start, you don't need to worry about whether you will see them again. They were quick to respond when I needed them. Best of all, they have a broad range of work they can do. Highly recommended!

Scott does not cut corners and is absolutely upfront with everything going on with your renovation. This is very important when you are investing money to improve your home.
