Nothing is more freeing than riding in the open air to great music (loved the 90’s throwback songs!) and an awesome instructor. I always look forward to Alana’s rides…..challenging but always fun. No matter how tired I am, I feel drawn to these classes and leave feeling strong and accomplished! Cheers to these fantabulous workouts and let freedom reign! ~Neischa

Freedom on the Docks is a great way to spend the summer. I always feel moved physically, mentally and spiritually when I take a class there. Check them out!

The instructors are full of energy, encouraging and always welcoming. I always feel like I can do it and that no one is ever judging me! I am so grateful for the Freedom team and I always look forward to my next class!!
I've attended classes with Coach Alana, Nicole and Carla, who were all absolutely amazing!

They’re very accommodating, helpful, kind and most of all full of energy and lots of fun.
The coaches are encouraging, they keep you motivated and excited to ride no matter what level of fitness you’re at in your life.
I can’t wait to ride again with them.
