(September 1, 2020, 9:42 pm)We had the company come in and clean the existing porcelain tile flooring in the 2 main bathrooms and laundry room. We also opted to have the grout re-coloured to ensure a new look for my clients retiring into this fully renovated condo once completed. The team arrived early by a few minutes and the process time didn't seem to take Andrew and Billy long at all. The floors turned out fantastic, they actually look brand new and compliment the new wall colours much better. Both Andrew and Billy had good positive attitudes, explained the products being left behind and maintenance procedures.
We definitely plan on having Strassburger and the team back to do the remaining kitchen floor once we're ready.

Everything from coordinating a suitable time, answering my many questions to the beautiful finished product today has been top notch. They arrived promptly and went straight to work. The process was clearly explained from the start to maintenance tips going forward. Would not hesitate to recommend!
