(October 7, 2021, 2:39 pm)Scheduled quickly for the next morning, arrived promptly on time and got right to work. He was hooking up the gas line for my bbq and he took extra care in the installation by adding more bracing and and elbow joint so that it wouldn't point up in the air. Additionally he noted that the pipe was rusty and painted it with protective coating to keep it from deteriorating more. I had considered doing the job myself but I was glad I called him because he did a better quality of work than I would have been able.

(September 16, 2021, 5:26 pm)Had an issue with a suspected condenser leak. Sina did an amazing job. I’m an engineer and of course had lots of questions which he was able to answer all my concerns. It was one of the few times when I tried a new service provider and upon their initial assessment it looked pretty bad. With his experience and some hands on work work he was able to recover the system. Really clean work as well, work area was left nice and clean. Will use Local Heating and Cooling again in the future.
