She was very professional, communicated with us very openly and always made sure we understood the details along each step of the way. We decided to get in touch with the Valko team because of the great reviews we saw here, and can confirm they don't disappoint. Cindy is approachable, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable about the mortgage sector. She's also very friendly, and she thoroughly answered all of our questions. We found comfort in the responsiveness of the team at Valko, which is the complete opposite of the lenders and financial institutions we contacted as we were shopping around. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Valko again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

Just recently, Tracy used her expertise and creativity to help us finance the purchase of our dream home. She was able to do this and at the same time keep us informed about the mortgage process. Cindy took a great deal of time to explain in detail all the steps in a way that created reassurance to my anxiety. I found that the communication was excellent and I never felt rushed. This was even true through the holidays. I felt like I could ask any questions or have clarification. I would highly recommend Cindy at the Valko Team.
